- Order details you enter on our form: business name, phone number, type of site, project description, links and style preferences.
- Contact and billing details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone number and billing address.
- Content you send us for your website, such as text, logos and photos.
- The details needed to register your domain in your name, as required by domain registrars.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter card and wallet details on Stripe's secure checkout page; they are never sent to or stored by us. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
To build and deliver your demo or website, contact you about your order, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Stripe (payments), hosting providers, domain registrars and email providers, and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page for security and fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
We keep order records and project files for as long as needed to deliver and support your website and to meet legal and tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support.website.issue@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
